Quality check involves testing of the tensile/elongation at break of the specimen/dumbbell, before and after moulding the products. The products are also checked thoroughly for hardness, compression etc. The various tests including chemical tests are carried out in in-house testing laboratory.

Infrastructure
We have maintained a sound infrastructure base to manufacture our products. We have our workshop area of 800 sq feet and separate Administration/Sales and Lab. Testing Facility. We have installed various Production machines like Rubber Hydraulic Molding Machines ranging from 6 X 6 inches platen size up to 24 x 24 inches platen size, Mixer machine, Grinders, Vertical Drill Machines, Plastic hand and Hydraulic molding etc. and Quality Control Equipments like Ovens, Tensile Testing & Compression checking Equipments, Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Hardness Testers, etc. in our production and Quality control unit. These machines are used in various stages of production. We have a wide network of professionals to back the manufacturing activity.
