Infrastructure
Spread
across the wide area of 4000 sq ft, our manufacturing unit comprises
of separate Administration/Sales and Lab Testing facility. The unit
is capable of executing bulk orders with customization as per
client’s specifications. We also possess Quality Control Equipment
like Ovens, Tensile Testing & Compression checking Equipments,
Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Hardness Testers, etc. Our unit is
constantly upgraded to absorb technical advancements and offer better
products. Our
unit is characterized by high tech machineries such as:

Hydraulic Molding Machines ranging from 6 X 6 inches platen size up
to 24 x 24 inches platen size
- Mixer

We
have also a separate plant for manufacturing world class shoe sole.
Our manufacturing unit is spread across 500 sq area and is
capacitated to produce 1000 pair per day. We have installed some high end injection moulding machineries for
superior quality TPR soles. |

are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization that follows Total
Quality Management System. Our products such as rubber couplings, plastic couplings, etc, go through a series of checks
and inspections to ensure quality specifications are met, besides
testing them for performance, endurance, etc. Our quality control
department is managed by a dedicated team of quality experts. Our
quality check includes tensile/elongation at break of the
specimen/dumbbell, before and after moulding the products. Our
products are tested on the parameters of :
