GALCON IS THE ONLY ORGANIZATION IN ITS FIELD WHICH IS AN EXCLUSIVE MANUFACTURER OF GALVANIZING PLANTS AND ALLIED MACHINERY.
SINCE 1990, WE ARE IN THE FIELD OF PLANT DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING, AS WELL AS WE ARE MAINTAINING A RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT WING WHO HAVE SUCCEEDED TO REDUCE ZINC COATING QUANTITY DRAMATICALLY MAINTAINING SURFACE SMOOTHNESS INTACT. WE HAVE PATENTED A NUMBER OF PROCESSES FOR GALVANIZING VARIOUS ITEMS WHICH GIVES AN EXTENDED PROFIT MARGIN TO THE PLANT OWNER.
GALCON BRAND PLANTS ARE PRESENT IN A LARGE PORTION OF DOMESTIC INDIAN MARKET AS WELL INTERNATIONAL MARKET.
Promoted by Mr. Prosenjit Guha a mechanical engineer with experience of almost 20 years in the Galvanizing industry. He worked in Bihar Alloy Steel, (USHA Martin Group), Nippon Denro Ispat, Tinplate Company and Uttam Galva , before starting Galcon. He developed many new concepts to the Galvanizing process for Furnace efficiency, Zinc saving, Coating control, Bath chemistry, low fume generating processes and new age enclosure type fume extractors. Some of the new innovations are GALTHERM- high efficiency furnaces, GALDRY- new generation FLUX DRYING technology (patent pending), KLI- kettle life Insurance, etc.
Several of our innovations have been inspired by reputed European/Global suppliers and implemented by our in-house R&D and Design teams. Our reference list in India includes such reputed customers as TATA PROJECTS LTD, TATA INTERNATIONAL LTD, TATA Tinplate(TCIL), Usha Martin,Bhushan, Jindal Group, RPG Group,Shree Pre-coated etc, besides several overseas supplies to different customers in Bangladesh, Nepal, Uganda, Tanzania, and Japan
