Chandra Prakash Agrawal

Chairman & Managing Director and Promoter of Gallantt Group. He has more than 25 years of industrial experience of which 10 years have been spent in the steel industry. Being the 'Key Person' he is heading the General Administration and Finance of the Group. The modest beginning under his able guidance has made the group emerge as one of the fastest growing group.

Shri Santosh Kumar Agrawal

He is the Founder Director and Promoter of the company. He has 25 years of experience in the industry and is looking after the Production and Commercial Operations of Flour Mill Units. He has played a pivotal role in bringing the group to this level.

Shri Prem Prakash Agrawal

Director and Promoter of Gallantt Udyog Limited and Gallantt Ispat Limited, has 18 years of experience in the industry. He is looking after the financial matters and day to day management of Gallantt Udyog Limited. His vast experience will be of enormous help for the company's smooth running.

Shri Nitin Kandoi

Director and one of the Promoters of Gallantt Metal Limited. He has about 10 years of experience in the steel Industry and is the in charge of factory operations of Gallantt Metal Ltd. His immense technical knowledge of the field and hard work enables him to run the operations successfully.

Shri Dinesh Kumar Agrawal

Director and one of the Promoters of Gallantt Metal Limited. He has 17 years of experience in textiles sector. He is looking after marketing and commercial operations of the Company.

GALLANTT, being a premium and well reputed brand, ensures the best quality by maintaining a sophisticated Laboratory with experienced technicians to monitor it at every stage of manufacturing process.

The production processes for ensuring the quality at every step our well equipped Laboratories have most modern equipments such as Spectrometers, Universal Testing Machines etc to name a few. Well-documented procedures ensure correctness in testing and certification of the products. The production process are constantly monitored and controlled to ensure the finished products as per customer's requirements.

A] Testing of raw-material and charge mix.
Testing of raw-material will ensure the right type of material for charge mix for getting finished products of desired composition. Thus, excess/shortage of ferro alloys to be charged to induction furnace can be predetermined and also the time will be saved during the melting cycle. This is done by in-house chemical laboratory.

B] Testing of liquid metal while in furnace
Testing of liquid metal in case of induction furnace ensures that the finished metal tapped is of absolute composition. For this, the chemical laboratory tests few elements of steel. Immersion Pyrometer is also used to check that the steel is being tapped at desired pouring temperature.

C] Testing of final product.
Testing of finished goods involves the checking of elongation, stress bearing capacity, rib quality on the M.S, Bar to ensure the best grip while being used for construction. These are just to name a few. Various quality control measures are taken to ensure the quality conforming to international standards before the material is marked OK and is forwarded to the dispatch department.
