The quality controllers follow test and inspections of various processes. The first process involves wire drawing which helps in checking the wire diameter, surface, shape & quality of joints in the wire. The tests involved in this are annealing test (for copper conductor), resistance of conductor, tensile and wrapping test (for aluminum). Under the second process, we apply insulation over conductor through extruder which is equipped by online spark test arrangement. Capitalizing on these checks we are able to check the dimension over insulation, thickness of insulation, and surface defects.
