The bamboo yarn is 100% made from bamboo through high-tech process. Bamboo fiber's natural anti-bacteria function differs greatly from that of chemical anti-microbial.The later often tend to cause skin allergy when added to apparel. "Twist" in spun yarns or ropes is labeled S-twist (for left-handed twist) and Z-twist (for right-handed twist), due to the respective left and right of the central sections of those two letters.

Spirality (Or Torque,Bias, Skew, Shear distortion) is resulting when the knitted wales (Vertical) and courses (Horizontal) are anqularly displaced from that ideal perpendicular angle. In tubular knit fabrics, the spirality is usually composed of distortion caused by the twist of yarn and the selection of correct gauge of knitting machine. Today, the best answer for spirality reduction is the use of opposite twist (i.e., S & Z ) yarn at a ratio of 1:1 alternate feeders..

The concept of yarns containing Nano-slubs as a textural and style alternative has begun to develop. While retaining an overall smooth texture, Nano-slub made out of pure Supima also is characterized by what is referred to as "Linen look knit fabric". Essentially, a Nano-slub is an intentional pattern of slub yarn that is produced when spinning and twisting machinery is adjusted to allow the presence of the fuller lumps in the yarn itself. The result is that when the fabric is knitted, the Nano-slubs form a continuous pattern in the material with a very pleasing "Linen look" effect.

Core-spinning is a process by which fibres are twisted around an existing yarn, either filament, staple spun yarn or spandex, to produce a sheath- core structure, in which the already formed yarn is the core.

Core-spun yarns are two-component structure with a core and a sheath. Generally continuous filament or spandex yarn are used as core and the staple fibres used as sheath covering. The core-spun yarn used to enhance functional properties of the fabrics such as strength, durability and stretch comfort.

There are several reasons for the importance of Polyester. Polyester and nylon have similar properties. Polyester is very strong. So garments made from polyester fibres last longer than the ones made from natural fibres.Polyester garments retain their crease.Not a good absorbent of water. Therefore polyester clothes dry faster.Highly abrasion and moth resistant.And it is also resistant to ordinary chemicals and biological agents.

Polyester is used in making blended textiles with natural fibres. For example, when terylene is mixed with cotton, it is called terrycot and with wool, it is called terrywool. These blended fibres are again used in making a whole range of textiles and garments.
