Dock Levellers

• Dock Levelers are the devices used to bridge the gap between dock and the truck / trailer during loading and unloading

• Radius lip dock levelers allow the dock to connect with the truck bed, therefore making it possible to drive directly on and off with fork-lift trucks etc.

• Telescopic lip dock levelers are ideal for connecting vehicles unable to drive near dock i.e. sea containers side loading railway wagons etc.These types can be supplied with a lip extending upto 1 m

 

 

 

 

 

 

The most advanced concept of the Campsia dock-leveler is to have the whole drive unit contained in a wall box which is installed on a wall inside the warehouse, at eye level. This allows for easy and economical maintenance. This system avoids undoubtedly dangerous, dirty and uncomfortable operation. In the traditional dock leveler there is necessity to manoeuvre under the platform, where traditional power packs and controls are usually installed.

 

The Campisa dock leveler is supplied complete with:

• Platform and lip in almond anti-slip steel

• Single effect lift cylinder, double effect lip cylinder

• Safety stop in case of accidental departure of the vehicle

• Maximum pressure valve

• Side foot protection steel sheets

• Rubber bumpers 300 mm X 55 mm X 60 mm

• Wall CONSOLE containing the whole drive unit and control with low level conduit protection or motor underneath

 

• CAMPISA TRADE has the perfect length to open the vehicle doors not over 90° and allows, in case of contiguous docks, to cut short the footstep of the docked vehicles, increasing at most the loadings bays
  

• The centralized hydraulic system, which is patented, allows the automatism upto 20 contiguous dock levelers by a single consolle with considerable cost saving
  

• The CAMPISATRADE dock levelers automatically move in vertical resting position and automatically lower to connect the vehicle platform
