Manufacturing Process
Our team of skilled craftsmen and artisans involve themselves in thorough processes starting with the procurement of raw materials like fibers, processing of fibers to giving fine finish to the end products.
We use fabrics such as jute, kenaf, banana, cotton, mulberry, kozo, gampi, daphne, etc. to craft our products. The processing of fibers includes steam digestion then mechanical pulping, hand pounding and finally hydrapulping.
The formation of papers includes dipping vat, auto vat, cylinder mould vat and sheet former. The drying processes of our products include sun drying, shade drying; plate drying and tao suki. Our skilled craftsmen use a variety of moulds such as nylon mesh, chapri, bamboo mat and wire mesh. The sizing we provide to our products includes glue sizing, starch coating, eater sizing and natural.
In the manufacturing process, we use chemical compositions such as acid free, neutral, iron free and azo free.

We use standard colors and dyes to our products to match up with the international standards. We believe that to respect nature is to care for oneself. So for that we always ensure that all our products are environment friendly and biodegradable. The papers, which we manufacture, are recyclable.
