We provide Precision Engineered Lathe Machine available in geared and belt driven. Our range is accessorized with seasoned meehanite castings, rigid bed ways and highly accurate spindle. The length of the standard casting in the belt driven lathes varies within the length of 4 ½’ to 30’. Spindle bores are available in special sizes or as per customer specification. Our range is ideal to perform operations such as cutting, drillling, turning and knurling. The lathes are applicable in woodturning, metal working, metal spinning and glass working.

We supply precision engineered conventional Cross Shaft Single Crank Press which is accessorized with cross shaft, link motion, double point, pneumatic dry clutch and wet clutch. The presses with hydraulic over load protector has capacity ranging from 40 tons to 400 tons. Some of striking factors of our crank presses includes:

We supply premier grade of Wire EDM that are manufactured with PC based machining centers. Highly accurate rigid body of our wire EDM is ideal for withstanding heavy duty cutting loads. Precise spindle offers less maintenance and easy handling of the wire EDM machine. Molybdenum wire technology used for the machine is reusable and allows difficult jobs with a height of 350mm.

Wire EDM is a method to cut conductive material with a thin electrode. The cutting speed is not affected by the hardness of the material. The Wire EDM offers accurate cutting without generating any burrs. Our range is ideal for cutting delicate parts .
