This Gas Holder Balloon is fabricated out of high tenacity polyamide fabric matrix, impregnated with compatible polymer on the inside for the gas stored and on the outside with hypalon for weather abrasion and UV resistance.

These Gas Holder Balloons are collapsible, intermediated storage balloons for any Industrial Gas, prior to bottling under pressure.

Volume of Single biogas balloon: 3 m3-100m3 to 600m3

1) Being manufacturing out of very tough rubberized fabric it is collapsible and very light weight and is installed hanging just below the ceiling, saving valuable floor space and is tailor made to suit the available space and capacity.
2) Being fabric, it does not corrode (like the metal tank) and as such it is maintenance free, giving it a long, trouble free life.

Our Gas holder balloon eliminates the use of conventional metal tank, currently used as intermediate storage.

We offer a wide assortment of flexi separators that are used for protecting fluid in transformers and non-porous barrier among the atmosphere & the transformer oil. The material used to design separators is compatible polymer for transformer oil & atmosphere. These flexi separators are placed inside the conservator that makes it compensate oil volume displacement due to temp variation.
