We have a huge in house dyeing capacity with latest state of art Cabinet machines from OBEM Italy and have 2 to 8 colour ( multicolour printing ) facility . The Lot sizes are available from 10 Kgs to 900 Kgs in Cabinet dyeing and for Fibre / Tow dyed 1100 Kgs on onwards to 12000 Kgs per colour . The number of mixing required for quality Acro wool and melange yarns are among the highest in the industry. Our Latest autoconers ensure best results for yarn faults ( Thick and Thin places ) and U %. All Yarns are 100% Spliced ( No Knots )

For quality carpets / Mats (woven and tufted), in acrylic and wool, we supply yarns of all kinds – HB and regular, dyed, melange and grey ( for printing ) . These knot less carpet yarns can be made in any count, ply, denier and microns, with package weight up to 4 Kgs for HB and 6 Kgs for Regular yarn , on 10 inches cones traverse 250 mm Total cone length 280 mm

Our mink blanket yarns ( Nm 32/2 -100% Acrylic High Bulk ) are popular with mink blanket manufacturers. These yarns have the brightness and softness required for higher quality blankets. Micro denier is also possible for mink blanket yarns . With electronic yarn length counters, the cone weight/ length variation is minimum base diameter can go up to 240 mm., and cone weight of 2.4 kg is possible. Cone angle supplied is 3/30 , 172 mm traverse . Blanket yarns are also made in coarser counts. Cone angle 3/30 , Traverse 230 mm . Apart from cones, these coarser blanket yarns (dyed, grey or melanges) can also be supplied on cheese (0/0 angle). All kinds of folds (ply) and fibre blends are possible.
