We specialize in 100% acrylic Anti pilling and Low Pill Super Soft Yarns , Acrylic wool blends, Acrylic nylon blends ( Cashmere Like and Angora Like Yarns ) . All yarns for sweaters are being used by renowned brands . Single Yarns for socks are also available.

We are also making Stretch yarns with PBT , Acrylic PBT ( with Anti Pilling Acrylic )

These yarns  can be chosen from our shade cards and can be customer ordered . We have  in house dyeing capacity with latest state of art Cabinet machines from OBEM Italy and have 2 to 8 colour (multi-colour printing) facility . The Lot sizes are available from 10 Kgs to 900 Kgs in Cabinet dyeing and for Fibre / Tow dyeing  500 Kgs onwards to 10000 Kgs per colour. The number of mixings required for high quality Acrowool and mélange yarns are among the highest in the industry. Our Latest auto-coners ensure best results for yarn faults (Thick and Thin places) and U %. All Yarns are 100% Spliced ( No Knots )

We make Yarns for Bath room carpets, Area Rugs and Wall to Wall to Carpets,We  Introduced Micro Denier in 100% Acrylic for Bathroom carpets and other innovative yarns Such as Coil Yarns, Acrylic combined with Lurex, Thick and thin among  others.

We are also making Acrylic yarns for Printing , (Tufted as raw white and then printed) These knotless carpet yarns can be made in any count, ply, denier , with package weight upto 4 Kgs for HB and 6 Kgs for Regular yarn , on 10 “ cones traverse of 250  mm Total cone length 280 mm. (Made on VTS 05 Carpet Twister for Big and even package )

Our mink blanket yarns ( For Raschel Knitting - Nm 32/2 , Nm 15/1 , Nm 18/1 etc  ) are being supplied to number of  blanket manufacturers. These yarns have  brightness and softness required for high quality blankets. With electronic yarn length counters, the cone weight/ length variation is minimum. The base diameter of  240 mm. and cone weight of 2.4 kg is possible. Cone angle supplied is 3/30 , 172 mm traverse . Blanket yarns are also made in coarser counts. Melanges and Prints are also available, All kinds of folds (ply) and fibre blends are possible.
