Incepted in the year 1994 by Mr. Raghava Reddy, we Gangadeep Industries are an ISO 9001-2000 certified company which has gone on to become one of the foremost manufacturers and suppliers of precision auto turned components, machined components, CNC machined turned components, precision machined components. The company was originally set up for manufacturing watch crowns, turned components for meters, instruments and electrical relays but with the overwhelming success we have achieved, we have added few more products to our repertoire.

We are equipped with sound manufacturing facilities which have enabled us to manufacture a range which stands tall on parameters of tolerance, tensile strength, dimensional accuracy and durability. We have different sophisticated machines which also allow us to manufacture products in various specifications of size, shape, length, dimensional properties and as per other functional requirements.

Our range is also made to undergo stringent quality testing based on ISO norms and standards. Owing to our technical expertise, we are able to provide our clients with products in customized sizes and specifications to meet their varied requirements.

Manufacturing Facilities

We are equipped with ideal manufacturing facilities which allow us to efficiently produce our range of precision auto turned components. To save time and money, we have outsourced Heat Treatment & Phosphate whereas we manufacture single spindle auto lathes in house.

Our huge manufacturing unit has an area of 10,600 sq. feet and has a massive capacity of 90 lakhs components which enable us to undertake bulk production of our range. The unit is well backed by a fleet of sophisticated machines which ensure that the production is carried out with complete ease and efficiency. The various machines we use are as follows:
