The new product development and commercialization process at RRI starts from a market requirement going through concept definition, design & manufacture to in-service support followed by structured development process employing Quality Function and Concurrent Engineering. This process is closely integrated with the RRI Quality Planning System ensuring total customer satisfaction.

The testing facilities include world-class physical and chemical testing equipment. Some of the test equipment is unique to the Indian industry.

RRI has established two state-of-the-art production facilities, at Ambala, Haryana. The plants is equipped with ultra modern manufacturing facilities backed by modern laboratory and R&D facilities that gives a distinct edge in terms of quality, innovation and new product development.
