Crane Rail Fastening Systems

Our manufactured crane rails are the surface on which cranes and other material handling machines operate. We select the profile, length and quality of crane rail as per the specific requirements of clients. Manufactured from qualitative raw material, our crane rails are acknowledged for their durability and strength.

Backed by our technical experts, we also help our clients in selecting appropriate crane rails. We suggest them to have optimum rail type, whether it is a low profile crane rail or the higher profile Vignole type, directly supplied from the best rolling mills worldwide.

Our manufactured clips consist of an assembly of 2 main components, each with relative displacement. Manufactured from premium grade of raw material (500-600 N/mm²), we offer standard welded clips of range 20/020, 21/050, 21/080, 21/125, 22/130, 22/195 and 22/200. Upper part of clips has vulcanized bonded nose of synthetic elastomer, applying a downward force on the rail foot.

We also offer boltable type clips that facilitate lateral self locking system allowing fastening under side loads from 15kN up to 250 kN. To meet the varied requirements of clients we offer them in standard dimension of 41/035, 41/075, 41/125, 51/015 and 71/075.

We offer qualitative pads manufactured from synthetic elastomer and are acknowledged for their resistance to wear, shear and crushing. Our finished pads are an essential element of the rail track, which are laid between the rail and their support system. Together with Gantrex® clips, our manufactured pads offers several advantages of a comprehensive soft mounting solution such as:

• Load distribution over a larger surface
• Absorption of uneven contact surfaces between rail and support
• Reduction of noise and vibration
• Reduction of wear of the rail and its support

Moreover, our pads facilitate reduction in transfer of stress to the support of up to at least 25% as per DIN 4132 and CTICM recommendations. We offer our manufactured pads in different models viz. Gantrex® pads, Gantrex® MK3 and Gantrex® MK6. These pads are tested for their efficiency and fatigue resistance at the “Ruhr University, if specified by clients.
