Our manufactured clips consist of an assembly of 2 main components, each with relative displacement. Upper part of clips has vulcanized bonded nose of synthetic elastomer, applying a downward force on the rail foot.

We offer qualitative pads manufactured from synthetic elastomer and are acknowledged for their resistance to wear, shear and crushing. Our finished pads are an essential element of the rail track, which are laid between the rail and their support system. Together with Gantrex® clips, our manufactured pads offers several advantages of a comprehensive soft mounting solution such as:

Our manufactured holding down bolts & levelling bolts forms are anchoring systems which forms link between the rail support and the concrete floor. We offer precision engineered levelling devices which suit the specific installation conditions at clients site. Our dimensionally accurate holding down bolts & levelling bolts provides satisfactory adjustment of the rail support and ensure that the track geometry conforms to the relevant tolerances. In addition to regular holding down bolts & levelling bolts as per DIN standard, we also offer these products in different standards if specified by clients.

We offer cementitious grout which forms a support to the rail track. Our grouts transmit the static and dynamic forces from the wheels through the trough into the rail base. Our technologically advanced grouts comfortably withstand heavy loads and vibration. The cementitious grouts we offer are resistant to water and other chemical agents that makes them ideal for crane rails and bridge floors.

Gantrex® safety barrier comprises of two base fittings which are permanently welded in-situ and two posts, one hand-rail and one skirting board. Robust in structure, the components are protected by hot dip galvanizing as per BS En ISO 1461 norms.

Our qualitative surge connectors are perfect solution for rail track girders fastening. These minimize the occurrence of cracks and breaks at joints between girders and columns by allowing longitudinal stress transfers along with movements due to the flexing of girders. Our surge connector comprises of a steel plate provided with two spherical bearings in hardened steel, ensuring a low friction coefficient. We also supply O-rings along with surge connectors, which protect the bearings by preventing dirt entering the joint.
