We are backed by a state -of -the -art infrastructure, which is equipped with latest machines and tools for production. Our manufacturing unit is well equipped and is sprawling over 4 facilities. Our infrastructure comprises various units such as manufacturing, designing, testing, R&D and warehouse & packaging.

Spinning Unit: With a total installed capacity of 150,000 spindles with a production of 80,000 kg/day, the company has a strong presence in the international market like brazil, Korea, Egypt, Bangladesh and Hong Kong. The company is producing 40,000 kg of yarn/day in the count range of 20s-50s NE both carded as well as combed and 10,000 Kg of double yarn. The company has the distinction of having the largest installed capacity of 6,000 kg for slub yarns producing cotton slubs, polyester cotton slubs, mélange slubs in the count range of 10s-50s. The company is also exporting a majority of its acrylic production with a capacity of 10,000 Kg/day producing 2/32 acrylic dyed as well as acrylic-wool yarn. The company is also producing heather/mélange yarns producing 14,000 Kg/day in blends of cotton viscose, 100% cotton, polyester cotton the company has a shade card or any shade can also be made on order from any leading heather book or standard. The company is also GOTS certified for producing organic cotton yarns. All our yarns 100% auto coned and are within uster 5%.

Sweater Unit: With the help of our dedicated team of professionals, we have a gained monthly capacity of 60,000 garments per month. Further, our target is to cross 100,000 garments per month. Our factory is spread over an area of 55,000 square feet and has capacity to manufacture any flat knitted garment ragging between 2.5 GG to 14 GG. We are backed by an in house embroidery machines, which has capabilities to handle both hand crochet and printing styles easily. We normally fulfill our consignments within 60-90 days depending various styling and the approval process of the buyer.


Fine Knit : our manufacturing unit is spread across area of 45,000sq feet
which is equipped with more than 400 machines that enable us to achieve the target of 85,000 units. This manufacturing unit is operated by by a team of efficient professionals which has enabled us to expand our efficiency upto 250,000 pieces per month.
