InfrastructureCNC turning centers (SIEMENS and FANUC control) are deployed to finish machine components with high dimensional accuracy and consistent surface finish requirement . jobs up to 480 mm. diameter are turned on these machines with accuracy up to 25 microns , surface finish 1.2 uRa. Besides other critical parameters, concentricity, parallelity, perpendicularity as per customer specification are also controlled.
CNC vertical machining center (SIEMENS control ) with a twin pallet of 500x500 mm. , 24 tools automatic tool changer, carries out operations like multiple drilling , reaming , tapping etc. on specified pitch circle diameters
Quality Policy / ProcessesCustomer geometry data and specification for a new part for development, go though our design for production with stage wise development plans, drawings, detailed specifications, control plans , SPC plans etc.
The laboratory and standards room are properly equipped to ensure a high and consistent quality level right through to the finished product. Our quality departments work with up-to date control equipment and highly qualified experienced staff is responsible for all routine tests and analysis.
Other in-house facilities include chemical and metallographic analysis with YAKHISHOLA image analysis software through computer interface to evaluate microstructure of graphite as per ASTM A247, tensile , transverse , elongation, compression , hardness , sand testing etc.
Periodic checking and calibration of various measuring instrument , special purpose gages , critical dimensions and parameters of components are done on a DIGIMAR 2D equipment.
