| Argon Recovery Plants | | We are manufacturing argon recovery plants which are produced by technique employing full rectification without using the Hydrogen and De-Oxo unit. It thus saves further on power costs, operational costs and investment. These argon recovery plants are highly appreciated for high tensile strength and low maintenance cost. Air compressor: Screw/ low pressure- type

Pre Cooling system
Pre Cooling system are highly efficient skid mounted equipment provided with the main purpose of cooling down the air to a temperature of 5 to 8 degrees Celsius and thus to discharge the condensed water.
Universal Boschi Purifier
These are secondary process unit that is responsible for the removal of moisture, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons as well as rare gases that are considered impurities in the process cycle of air separation. The features are: - The structure essentially consists of double-layered molecular sieves from Zeochem (Switzerland) along with alumina which acts as an adsorbent
- The process purifier is vital to the entire process and is greatly responsible for the purity of the final product i.e. Oxygen and Nitrogen in the Air separation Column
- It consists of two skid mounted molecular sieve regeneration batteries that work on shifts and switch alternatively either manually or through a PLC control (optional).
Air Separation Unit
Air separation unit is responsible for separating mixture of Oxygen and Nitrogen is separated by virtue of the difference in their liquefaction temperatures. The design and efficiency of the A.S.U determines the quality of the final product i.e. Oxygen and Nitrogen in terms of quantity and quality. These air separation unit are highly efficient fin type aluminum heat exchangers and column wherein the entire upper column is a packed column thus reducing the operational pressure and increasing the Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon recovery.
Turbo expander
These are gas or oil-bearing expansion refrigeration turbines which are much more efficient than any other expansion device. Turbo expanders work on the technique of induced cooling via expansion due to which the operational pressure of the plant is further reduced and the performance of the distillation column is stabilized for constant production and high purity.

| Oxygen Generator |  | Based on the PSA technology, our oxygen generator PSA plants have special grade of synthetic Zeolite, known as molecular sieves for separating oxygen from atmospheric air. These oxygen generator PSA plants are cost effective as production can be attained within 15 minutes by consuming minimal power. | PSA Nitrogen System |  | We offer our clients PSA nitrogen system which provides Nitrogen gas at the outlet at purity of 99.99% up to 3ppm (lppm in some models). It has a plant installed which has above 500M3/hour and can be provided with automatic PLC control. Along with the product, we also provide qualified engineers for Supervision, Installation and start up of all our plants as well as training of manpower at customer’s site.
