Connected to the common assembly, the two banks have a regulator Inlet Valve & First Stage Regulator. Only one bank is operational at a time and the cylinder of that particular bank is emptied first. After that, the other bank is made operational by opening its isolation valve and closing the isolation valve of the first bank. |

| Manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Heatless Air Dryer. Our product range includes Gastech Heatless Air Dryer. The system alternates by switching to the inlet of the other desiccant adsorber every 5 minutes. This is done after the pressure of the two adsorbers is equalized by proper cycling of the air and exhaust valves. The pressure equalization of the adsorbers helps in minimizing the movement of the desiccant bed and pressure fluctuations. The desiccant is refreshed by depressurization and passing of dry air over it, which removes the adsorbed moisture. |
