In the fabrication of gas cooler chambers, we take in atmost care to ensure the quality grade of the materials used ensure sustainable pressure withstanding capabilities. It is also to be noted that these chambers consist of a refractory lined gas inlet.

At Gauthama Engineering, we also undertake Rotary Furnace Fabrication Services. These furnaces can withstand high temperature and pressure. The main applications of these furnaces are in the smelting of lead. All the steel works are fabricated, in accordance to international standards. Each of the fabricated furnaces are checked to ensure full compliance to specification and standards prior to delivery.

Committed to offer best fabrication services at competitive prices, we also fabricate damper valves. These valves have a pair of main bump ports that are covered by a centrally anchored elongate metal leaf. These valves also comprises of a pair of semicircular steel discs typically joined by a removable piano-type hinge. Each of these discs is pivot upwardly in the direction of flow from a closed to an open position and vice versa.
