About Us

Gayathari Engineering Industries (GEI) started its operation in 2003.

We manufacture special platforms and Dismantable Ladders to be used on various operating levels to any heights going upto 90mtrs also. The platforms are normally made of M.S Chequered plates of Non skid type, using precision / laser cut / plazma cut machines for different profiles and bent using CNC bending machines and pipes for ladder of different height and width, using CNC pipe bending machines. The special steel ladders are specially made, so as to be dismantiled and assembled at site, for easy handling and transport. We also manufacture special steel Reposes and Gratings of different length, width and height to suit the requirement of individual customers. The total components are specially grit blasted and Hot Dip Galvanized to a high degree of quality and maintaning required micron depths of 100 Microns.

This is a highly precision 5mm thick mild steel laser cut component, with many integral machined parts to a very high quality level of +/- 2mm tolerance on bend for an approximate size of 2500mmx1500mmx5mm thick finished size, using Mig welding machine and tested for welding quality by Magnetic Particle Test (MPT) by professional and recognized testing organizations. This is being specially surface treated by special epoxy & Polyurethane Coating of required Micron thickness. We have specialized on many such items of different contours and profiles to meet the satisfaction of our customers.
