Infrastructure
Enhancing ‘Customer Satisfaction’ and thus ‘Growth’ is directly related to the infrastructure of an organization, which is one of the vital aspects of its existence in the competitive global market, where we do believe in.Today, we have a vertical integrated infrastructure spread over one lakh sq.ft. having 30 Hand-looms, 50 Hand-Tufted Frames, 100 Pit-looms. Since, these are not good enough to serve globally, we do have 3 ancillary units, completely dedicated to us which adds up to total production capacity of 1 lakh sq. mtrs. of carpets and shaggy rugs per month and 50000 sq. mtrs. of other rugs per month.

Quality
Assurance for quality is one of the most significant aspects for us. Since we get a major part of our dyeing and production from outside, to eradicate the quality issues and delays, a group of quality conscious people contribute towards quality control and offer smooth running of all operations, streamlining quality and timely delivery. We always stress on quality and timely delivery to our Customers because their satisfaction in regards to these is one of the most important consideration for us.

Strength
Our Major Strength, apart from production, is our designing and sampling team comprised of designers, completely aware of latest trends prevailing in the market and our Customer’s requirement, Sampling Coordinator, Sampling looms, workers etc., which means we have facility of dyeing, weaving/tufting and finishing in-house for samples. Our designing and sampling is an ongoing process which supports us to provide new designs and new techniques to our Customers to gratify them utmost.
