Over the last few years we, as a firm, have worked closely with Riyaaz Merchant and his press. Gazelle Enterprise, for printing of JPMorgan’s reports and conference material. In all our dealings with Riyaaz we have found him to be extremely efficient and helpful with the willingness to go that extra mile to help out in unusual requests—be they for printing or for sourcing items that do not normally fall under his press ambit.

What is the most heartening in our long relationship is that in all the time we have dealt with Gazelle, we have never known either Riyaaz (or his press contact) to ever say no to a job or point out to us that it does not fall within the scope of what they can do. If they cannot do it themselves, they have always taken the trouble to make sure that they put us in touch with someone who can help us out. The same willingness to sort out problems has been displayed on the few instances when we have run into roadblocks on the printing as well. Each time I have found Gazelle to be just that one step ahead in ensuring that the mistake is not repeated and that deadlines (no matter how impossible are adhered to.

I firmly believe that spirit of enterprise and helpfulness is what sets Gazelle apart from other similar vendors vendors we have dealt with. This much I can vouch for: no client of Gazelle’s will be disappointed with either their service levels or their efficiency.
