Manufacturing Facility
Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with latest machineries and equipments that enable our skilled workers, engineers and expert personnel to conduct smooth manufacturing process. Our manufacturing plant is established at an area of 4500 sq. ft. with installed capacity of 250 units. We utilize modern machineries and tools to shape efficient engineering products. Manufacturing Process
The manufacturing processes we follow include handmade as well as machine-made production process. We excel in offering other processes also such as welding, machining, boring, drilling and more. Once the procurement of raw material is over we proceed to designing spare parts, automobile springs, atta kneaders, textile spare parts, safety chains and other equipments. We customize these on the basis of specifications from clients. Design, shapes and sizes, weights and customary arrangements all are taken under consideration during the process of manufacture. Warehouse And Packaging
We have our own warehouse for storing finished products before dispatching them to the clients or in the market. It has all sorts of necessary arrangements for the protection of finished products. Our products are automobile springs, textile spare parts, safety tools, die component etc; their proper handling sometime is not easy for humans therefore we have maintained mechanical handling of the materials through cranes. We have made metal shelves to put packed products. We uphold durable and safe packaging as per the client’s requirements and specifications. We are capable of doing as much bulk packaging as is needed any time. To fit to the client’s requirements we also do individual packaging. In addition to manual packaging by human hand we insist on machine packaging with modern mechanism. We conduct packaging procedure according to a packing manual. |
