FRP rings are dies made of Fiber Reinforced Plastics and are used to form the spigot in the pipe. Spigot is also known as the male component of the pipe. These come in set of two, from which one is used for the inner part of the pipe and the other is used for maintaining the tolerance and shape of the spigot on the outer side.

The forms division manufactures Cores and jackets used in the manufacture of concrete s by the dry cast system. These are generally customer specific and can be automated as per customer’s requirements.

Concrete boxes find application in several different areas: culverts, retention tanks, vertical vaults, utility corridors and storm water drains, industrial waste and sanitary sewerage. In addition they can also be used for underground walkways, transportation of goods and services. Culverts can be either wet casted or made using dry concrete and vibrated into place. They are made with a tongue and groove and are joined together either with a gasket or a sealing compound to make a leak proof joint. Forms are modular in construction and can expand from 1mt x 1mt to 6mt x 6mt. The design also allows for variation in each wall. The box form displayed is for dry cast concrete and has been awarded a Patent by the United States Patent Office.

Located in Jigani, the foundry has over 30,000 square feet of built area. It employs a 100% No-Bake technology using Furan resin as binder. A 20 MT per hour continuous mixer delivers consistently homogenous mix of resin sand for filling molds. A 20 MT/hour sand reclamation plant ensures that the sand is cleaned, cooled and re-cycles back to the mixer. All equipments are imported from IMF Italy. A conveyor system with roll over stations has been installed. The production line is capable of delivering over 100 molds/shift. An induction furnace from Inductotherm is used for melting. Products made are: CI Castings from 250 kgs to 2000 Kgs. SG Castings from 100 Kgs to 900 Kgs. Castings made as per ASTM, BS, DIN, JIS and ISO specifications.
