GCI Exports is the manufacturing arm for the US corporations. The ISO-9001 certification by TUV ensures our products & services as per international quality standards with timely deliveries. Products Over the years GCI has evolved from a product based Company to a design & build Company specialized in the Dry Cast Concrete Industry. Today, We manufacture a whole range of engineering products like concrete pipe machines, industrial plastic components,, joint rings also known as Pallets & Headers, Steel forms used in the manufacture of concrete boxes, Core’s & Jackets used for concrete pipe manufacture, FRP Rings & a several auxiliary equipment use in the industry. The basic raw material for pallets and headers is cast & ductile iron. In order to maintain the high quality standard demanded by our customers, GCI set up its own captive foundry with state-of-the-art equipments while also being environmentally friendly. These joint rings are used as dies in the manufacture of concrete pipes.

Besides customer loyalty, Design has been the back bone for our growth. The philosophy at GCI has always been “continually improve, innovate or perish’. Over the years, GCI has put together a team of highly talented design engineers, whose focus is to continually improve the value addition of our existing products. We have also a dedicated R & D department that addresses the specific needs of our customers and is also responsible for developing new products to add to our product range like concrete pipe machines, industrial plastic components, engineering machinery, molded plastic products. This Department was responsible in developing a revolutionary Dry Cast Box culvert Form that was so unique that it was awarded a patent by the United States Patent Office. The product is listed in our catalog section. GCI also entered the Concrete Pipe Machinery manufacture. We design and manufacture Cores, Jackets, concrete feeding equipments, batching plants for dry mix concrete.

Almost all materials critical to the quality of the final product are specified & acceptance criteria is set. Only materials conforming to the standards are accepted. All such vendors are constantly monitored for performance. Standards for In-process Inspection & Control have been created as per ISO 9001 requirements. The process is monitored constantly & corrective & preventive actions are implemented. In house rejections at GCI Exports Is below 2%.

In Final Inspection stage, the inspection is carried out by the Quality control inspector. In case of any deformity or discrepancy in design, the rejected items are forwarded for accurate disposal.

We have acquired ISO - 9001 certification by M/s. TUV Rheinland (India) Pvt. Ltd.,Germany.

Transprearency between ourselves & our customers is very critical for GCI. Hence continuous efforts are made to improve our products & service to our clientele. We have developed an interactive web site where our customers can follow the progress of their orders, change orders & provide special instructions if any. They can also track shipments made with ETA dates. This would enable them to plan their activities.
