SINGLE ROPE GRAB
Capacity Available : 1 - 6 cum

The single rope grab bucket will be generally used to grab powder type materials like sand, cement, coal, grains etc.The locking arrangement by touch and open type gravity system also mechanical lever type handle provided for mid air opening.

FOUR ROPE GRAB
Capacity Available : 1 -14 cum

The four rope grab bucket will be generally used to grab powder type materials like sand, cement, coal, grains etc. The two ropes will be lifting the grab up and down and the other two for opening & closing of the bucket through winch drum provided at crane crab.

ELECTRO HYD FINGER GRAB
Capacity Available : 1 – 8 cum

The orange peel finger type electro hyd grab will be generally used to grab all types of shruded scrap, garbage & heavy solid scrap etc. All the 6 tines will be operated through 6 hyd cylinders with inbuilt power pack.

COIL TILTER (S/M)

Capacity available 1 ton to 60 ton

Electro hydro drive coil tilter will be generally used to tilt by 900 CR/HR coils eye bore horizontal to vertical and vice versa. The tilting operation is done through chain and sprocket arrangement driven by hydro motor for better torque and variable speeds.

MOTORIZED COIL LIFTER

Capacity available:  1T to 45T

Generally used to lift the CR /HR coils with eye bore horizontal at narrow stacked area. By using motorized (rack & pinion type) sliding legs with top head 360 0 rotation.

BAT OPR. SCISSOR LIFTER

Capacity available 1 – 5 ton

The DC drive hyd lift table will be used to handle die block, b/f blow pipes & general loading and unloading material. The trolley traction through dc operated motor assy & TT battery arrangement.

SHEET PACK LIFTER

Capacity 1- 15 Ton

Electro mechanical sheet/ plate lifter will be generally used to lift & load / stack the sheet packs with or without wooden pallets. As an option 180º rotating head also available. Width wise movement of legs through motorized rack & pinion sliding type & length wise legs by manual movement with lock.

VERTICAL COIL TONG

Capacity Available: 1T – 40T

The vertical coil tong will be generally used to lift the CR/HR coils with eye bore vertical by gripping OD and ID. The tong jaws opening and closing operation through auto twist lock arrangement. In the same system double gripping is also available.

SLAB/SQ INGOT TONG

Capacity Available: 1T - 100T

The duplex type tong with auto twist lock will be generally used to lift hot or cold slabs with horizontal position. Same as above to lift multi slabs motorized tong available.

SQUARE TONG

Capacity Available: 1T – 10T

Two point gripping mechanical scissor type tong with hand lever locking arrangement will be generally used to lift square short length ingots or stone blocks.

INGOT LIFTING TONG (HOT/COLD)

Capacity Available: 1T – 80T

These tong come in two types SIMPLEX and DUPLEX used to lift hot/cold round/irregular shape ingots. The ingot is equipped with auto lock facility.

ROUND TONG

Capacity Available: 1T – 50T

Two or four point gripping mechanical scissor type tong with auto lock , generally used to lift round straight hot or cold ingots or electrodes with horizontal position.  

A revolutionary state of the art Patented technology product “COLT” Vibrationary screens and feeders is at your service to provide HIGH EFFICIENT PERFORMANCE AT LOW POWER INPUT and least space occupation. Typical application areas are as follows

• Screens can handle material like Manganese ore lumps up to around 300mm in size.
• Ores with specific gravity of around 5, screening of other ores.
• Hot sinter in steel plants.
• ROM coal.
• 6mm wet coal required in fluidized boilers.
• Graders and hopper-dryers in sugar plants.
• De-watering of drenched coal and hazardous slurries and other material.
• Food grains, Salts.

Salient features of our Varistroke vibration system are:

• Vibrators are stationary and do not vibrate themselves.
• Vibrators give positive and step less variation of stroke (up to 100mm) over entire range.
• Stroke so selected, will be positive and will not change with load.
• Mainframe is also stationary no springs are used.
• About four to five sizes of flange mounted stroke selectors can meet entire requirement, replacing around 60 sizes of motorized vibrator sand scores of other long shaft type of vibrators.
• Heavy screens screening heavy materials require lower speeds (60-300 rpm), higher and positive strokes with provision for steeples variation of stroke, which only our Varistroke system can provide.
• Acceleration is reduced to around 10% to 50% and energy level increased 4 times to 16 times that of circular motion type screens, enormously increasing overall performance.
• Vibrating mass/ forces are reduced drastically as only decks vibrate and mainframe is stationary.
• Power consumption will be min at around 10% to 20 % of conventional circular motion type screens.
• Even with static main frame, forces transmitted to adjacent structures are very less as compared to circular motion type screens vibrating on springs.

Coil transfer car will be generally used to transfer the coils from bay to bay etc.  With eye bore parallel or perpendicular to the track. The car drive system will be through electro mech / batt operated / dg operated / winch drive type available.

HOT INGOT TRANSFER CAR

Capacity: 1T – 120T

Hot ingot transfer car will be generally used to transfer the hot/cold ingot from furnace to press etc.  With 3600 saddle rotation. The car drive system will be through electro mech / batt operated / dg operated / winch drive type available.

LADLE TRANSFER CAR

Capacity: 20T -150T

The ladle transfer car will be generally used to transfer the ladles with molten metal from b/f to BOF sections. The car will be generally driven through locomotive in some special case by winch drive type.

C HOOK

 Balanced c hooks will be generally used to lift the  CR/HR coils with eye bore horizontal at open stacked area.

C-FRAME CHAIN HOOK

Capacity Available: 1T - 60T

Double frame c hook with or without chain , generally used to handle the CR /HR coils with eye bore horizontal at narrow stacked area by manually adjusting the chain pitch according to the width of the coil.
