Belt Grinder is a grinder which is a close grained cast iron body of rigid construction with built-in drive motor compartment with streamlined appearance is precision machine for smooth operation of main spindle.

The machines are ideally suitable for metals and plastics finishing and is used for various industries like: pipe fittings, sheet metal fabricators, surgical instrument manufactures, electrical equipment manufactures, plastic manufacturing works, metal fabricating works, optical industries and industrial and textile roll grinding on lathes, etc.

A totally enclosed AC fan cooled electric motor ,suitable for 440V,3 phase ,50 HZ operation , controlled by conveniently mounted Lt/LK puh button ,direct on line starter ,with overload protections. Main Drive Motor,Lt/Lk Starter,2 sets of Flanges,2 spindle nuts and spindle nut spanner.

It allows better penetration into the wood, reduces problems with splitting. Plain Dead Centre - Half & Full. Carbide Dead Centres - Grade 'A' & Grade ' B ' Half & full. Grade' A' Carbides are made from sinter hipping process which will last much more than Grade ' B ' Carbides which are made from conventional vacuum furnaced process.

Made from case hardening steel and is used for drilling operations. These collet chucks motivate the collet by pulling the collet back into a tapered spindle. As the collet is pulled back, the tapered spindle causes the collet to close down to clamp the work part. In this type of collet chuck there is no work part length control. If the work part size changes, the linear location of the part will change.

Progressive cylindrical plug gauge have the Go and No Go stepped on a single gauge member so parts can be quickly inspected in one operation. Plain plug gauges can be used to set cylinder bore gauges, air gauges, and internal micrometers. By using the same size master ring gauges, lead errors on measurements can be eliminated.

These are manufactured according to ISI 2289-1976 standards.

Plain dead centers are available in full (male), half (male), full (female), half (female). Plain dead centers are constructed of bearing steel and fully hardened to permit insistent regrinding.

According to the company special dead centers can be manufactured as per the demand, requirement and specifications of the customer. They are also accessible with spanner flats and draw off nut.

These are manufactured as per ISI 7824-1975 standards, made from case hardening steel.


APPLICATION : In continuous flowing productions where one operation is carried out after the other in sequence like drilling, reaming, tapping, counterboring, camfering etc. Primarily used on Radial Drilling machines. Can also be used on ordinary Drilling machines, Tapping machines, Milling machines, Capstan and Turret Lathes etc.

ADVANTAGE : The conventional method of tool change is to use drill drifts / ejectors. There is ample loss of time by this method since the machine has to be stopped, the tool to be removed and the next tool to be mounted. However using the quick change chuck it is a matter of seconds before the tool is changed. The machine is not even required to be stopped.

Swing Frame Grinder is a grinding machine hanging by a chain so that it may swing in all directions for surface grinding heavy work.

It is available in two types: plain center blunt and plain center pointed . In turning / grinding of pipes and tubes which cannot be held by ordinary Revolving Centers because of small point diameters of Revolving Centers.
