GENERAL TYPE spring loaded braiding machine are for synthetic yarns braiding and HEAVY TYPE are for wire like copper wire braiding .

These machine are MOUNTED WITH SPRING LOADED CARRIER and not with ordinary spindles.

In ordinary conventional braiding machine tension to the yarn is given by monme weight. There are enery possibillity of change to vary on the weight which consequence, affects the tension on the yarn or wire.

But in the spring loaded carrier machines imparting tension to the yarn is done by spring

This machine producees tubular, flat or round coards, ornamental ropes, elastic / rigid shoe laces etc. Core brading machine can aslo be done; in short fast knit braiding machine produces a variety of diameters of items.

SALIENT FEATURES

1. Feeding can be done directly from bobbins or cones. Core thread can be introduced using elastic feeder.

2. Machine stopes automatically when the thread is broken or thread / yarn is exhaused in the cone or bobbin.

3. Different diameters of coards can be manufactured - i.e. 2mm to 12.5mm According to the diameter, the number of needles will vary. So, Our Machin produce, Cord of diverse density - between 1.5 to 8 picks or dots per minutue.

4. It is very easy to change the head which is a plus point.

This machine is ideal to manufacture gland packing using asbestos / teflon.

Before the invention of this machine ordinary conventional braiding machines with 2 tracks were used. Take off system was upward. When heavy cord production takes place, take off system was a heavy task because the machine has to act against gravitational force. Moreover maintenance of the machine was very very abnormal.

Our INVERTED INTERLOCK machine is ideal, because take off system is down-ward. This means the machine do not need to put effort as the produced tapes comes out down-ward due to gravitation. Hence the finieshed rope will be really very good.

This machine is ideal for all types of yarn that are used in narrow fabric weaving industry.

This machine produce kinitted cords using single yarn. Generally these cords are used as shoe laces and similar usage. A set of 20 or 40 knitting spindles will be there on a stand. So at a time different coloured cords can be produced.

Production Capacity

12 hours shift 2kgs per spindle. In a set of 20 knitting spindel and 40kgs material is produced.
