Today, the group manufactures woollen products at its plants in India & Zambia. The entire process — from raw fibre to finished blankets — is done in-house. With manufacturing facility capable to produce 200 different types of woollen and acrylic Blankets, Throws and Rugs, 6,500 tons yarn per annum & 2 Million blankets per annum , The Company’s fully integrated spinning, weaving, dyeing & finishing facility stands tall on the international stage.

       Geetanjali Woollens has the capacity to produce a total of over 120,000 blankets per month at its two plants in India. Its high quality and value-for-money

PREPARATORY SECTION :-

  Obermayer vessels for high pressure dyeing of fibre.

   6 rag tearing machines of 2-5 cylinders each.

   Fibre cleaning machine to remove short fibre and dust.

   Fibre blending machine to homogenize different components.

   Willow for proper mixing of lubricated fibres.

SPINNING SECTION :-

         4 Ramella carding machines of 2.8 mtrs width.

          1 Ramella carding machine of 3.0 mtrs width.

          2 Befama carding machines of 2.2 mtrs width.

          3 Befama carding machines of 2.0 mtrs width.

          4500 ring spinning spindles for Bigagli, Sacfem, Befama.

          Carniti twisting machine for making multi-ply yarns.

          Winding machines for making cones from cops of different weights & angles.

          10 bale press machines for packing and handling of fibres and yarns.
