Once the buyer approves the design & we have received the formal purchase order along with 50% advance we start the production process.
At the time of issue of the purchase order we request for the specifications like logo or any other type of artwork to be done. The in print color shade is requested from the client & the colour scheme is approved, to be close to his specifications. Once we are sure of all specifications needed & the client is satisfied with the sample, we start with the order processing and ensure to compete it as per committed time period. Moreover, the balance payment is collected on delivery.
We are in the industry of Handicrafts, hence there could be minor variation in final items. The variation that a client should be prepared for is 3%-5% and this is so because the goods that we furnish undergo the effects of seasons & the novelty is created in every peace.
For example in steel & leather combination the variation in natural leather is possible. This shall not be treated as a variation in the production but as a part of peace enhancement as no two natural products are alike and so no tow hides can be same, thus the markings given by the nature will vary. Similarly in case of wood with the natural grains, we have to treat them as a part of the product uniqueness unless the product is covered with paints to hide the material (wood) as the basic ingredients. Ceramics will show a variation in the color art work at times due to the season & the changes in the temperature as well, although we are extra conscious at the time of delivery to process the order. |
