Air Cooled Vacuum Steam Condensers are revolutionary product being used in steam turbine power plants thereby eliminating Water Cooled Steam Condenser and Cooling Towers which consumes lot of water. GEI has a total factory area of about 34.5 acres spread at two locations namely in Govindpura and Mandideep near Bhopal. GEI Industrial Systems welders are qualified as per ASME standards and IBR approved welders have handled carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, duplex and incolloy materials.
The electrode baking room and electric ovens keep the welding electrodes fully conditioned to minimize weld defects and achieve radiograph quality joints.
Welding stresses are relieved in a heat treatment furnace available inside the welding shop complying with the requirements of ASME U stamp vessels.
