Side Draft Water Wash & Down Draft Water Wash Painting Booth are used for painting of components.

In side draft water wash two types 1) Bench type booth & 2) Dull depth w/w painting booth.

The above booths are useful for small or light weight components. Painting can be done by stand one position.

For heavy component down draft water wash painting booth is useful. In this booth operator can paint the job by moving all around it.

As an optional filtered air inlet system & water curtain arrangement can be provided.
Features :-
1) Adequate exhaust result in effective removal of overspray paint particles & thus
eliminates its settling on wet painted surface.
2) Also provides clean air to the operator.
3) Washing action minimizes escape of paint alongwith exhaust air & thus eliminating
surrounding pollution and also elimination of fire risk.

Principal of Working :
In the water wash spray booth, a stream of air at very high velocity licks the surface of the water, entraining a large of water in the air. This water will contain paint particles also. This mixture traveling at a very high velocity is forced to make a number of carefully controlled changes in direction, before its path straightens out inside the washing chamber of the booth.

Because of the curved path, the heaviest paint & water particles are thrown out of separated from the air stream by centrifugal force experienced. The deflector and eliminator plates prevent any of water and paint particles to escape through the exhaust. The water and paint (pigment) particles are returned to the tank with the help of return trough.

The alkali based booth additive help is killing the paint and added waste oil prevents paint particle coagulation.

For proper functioning of the spray booth following points to be observed.
- Always water level should be above the 'C' plate by 6-10 mm.
- 'C' plate should be sloping forward by 4-8 mm.




Powder Coating Booth

Powder Coating booth mainly in two parts. (i.e. one is working area & other recovery unit).

Working size depends upon the components to be coated.

Filtered Air Inlet System can be provided in the booth to get good (dust free) quality of powder coating.

Powder coating booth can be make batch type as well as Conveyorised.

In the cyclone based powder coating booth, over sprayed powder get collected in the Hopper and due to high velocity-suction, it get carried to cyclone.

In the cyclone, with spiral action, Powder get collected in the container and air goes out through ducting. This collected powder can be reuse.

High velocity suction is created with centrifugal fan.


In this system cyclone provided are of single or twin design to achieve high efficiency of
Collecting powder.


For proper functioning of the Powder Coating Booth, following to be observed.

- Direction of the impeller should be correct.

- All joints on suction sides to be leak proof.

- Rubber sleeve and gasket of the containers should be properly fitted to ensure absolute no leakage of air.

Totally free of Hazardous Chlorinated Solvents, C.F.C. or Flammable Chemicals, they perform both mechanical (spray) and chemical cleaning actions. They can be easily conveyorised, require minimal effluent treatment with Iron Phosphate. Ideal for medium to high volume cleaning operations, they also require minimum operator labour input.

They also offer choices of Dipping or Spraying application, Iron or Zinc Phosphating Solutions, Separated Cleaning and Phosphating Zones or Combined Chemical Zones.




Forced Convection Oven

Forced Convection Oven consist of main insulated body, heaters, hot air circulation system, exhaust system & centralized control panel.

For safety of oven, hot air circulation fan and exhaust fan are interlocked with heaters. Temp. on / off is controlled thru’ digital temp. controller.

Two Stage Conveyorised Washing Machine

This is industrial washing machine used to remove oil, grease of forging components from the job.

This machine consist of 1.Degreasing Zone,2.Water Rinse Zone, 3. Air Blow Off Zone


Description : Degreasing stage-I & water rinse are having entry vestibule, tank, spray chamber, solution spray system and electrical heating system. Solution is sprayed through vee jet nozzles at 1.5 / 2 kg/cm² pressure. Spray pressure can be varied by adjusting the delivery valve.
