Since its inception, The Gem Group has expanded into various industries keeping in mind its strengths and constantly focusing on the mission and vision of the Gem Group. With its Corporate head office in Calcutta, the group has authorized representation at Conoor, Siliguri, Tinsukia and Jorhat in India and its overseas representation include Nairobi, Addis Ababa, Dacca and Colombo. The group commands a global market share in this industry and has regularly supplied such equipments to all tea growing countries like Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Australia, Bangladesh etc. The Gem Group produces the entire range of tea processing machinery from plucking to packing. As specialists in technical consultancy services, GEM has undertaken complete turnkey projects of factories for CTC tea, Orthodox tea and green tea as well as modernization and expansion of existing establishments from plucking to packing helped by a team of experienced engineers.
