ABC Fittings are made of high strength Aluminium Alloy and are capable to accommodate the messenger wire. The Suspension Clamps are provided with black weather resistant insulation coating to prevent the insulation of phase conductors from damage due to rubbing against the Clamps. The Suspension Clamp assembly is sufficiently flexible to allow free movement at both straight run and angle location. Eye Hooks are made of forged steel or mild steel. These Eye Hook are used for holding the Clamps with pole or pole clamp. Dead End Clamps are made of high Aluminium Alloy and UV resistant glass fibre reinforced polymer. It is suitable for 25 mm². to 95 mm² bare messenger cables. All ferrous parts are made of mild steel duly hot dip galvanised. These fittings automatically grip the messenger wire due to tension of the wire. The Clamps are provided with Eye Hook made of forged steel or mild steel for holding Dead End Clamps directly with the poles or through pole Clamps. Insulation Piercing Connectors are used for 16 square mm to 95 square mm conductor. These fittings are made of Copper Alloy is provided for connecting both the conductor

Cross-linked polyethylene Insulated Wires with its remarkable thermo mechanical properties, the Aerial Bundled Cables should be in accordance with HD 626 European Standard or equivalent. There are three types of ABC Cables – Self-supporting LV-ABC line system, which is composed, have 4 aluminium XLPE insulated conductors, 3 Aluminium XLPE insulated phases and one Neutral Messenger in Aluminium Alloy with XLPE insulation and 3 Aluminium XLPE insulated phases and one Neutral Messenger in Aluminium Alloy with XLPE insulation.

Anchor Clamps For Bare Neutral cum messenger wire - The clamps are designed as universal clamps to anchor LV-ABC lines with bare neutral messenger. The body made of corrosion resistant, high strength aluminium alloy according to IS: 617. Bolt and Nuts made of hot dip galvanised steel according to IS: 1367. The clamp consists of an aluminium alloy corrosion resistant cast body, bail of G.I. and self-adjusting Aluminium wedges or an aluminium alloy corrosion resistant cast body, bail of G.I. and self-adjusting Aluminium wedges as per REC specification or an aluminium alloy corrosion resistant cast body, bail of G.I. with 3 No of G.I “ U “ type bolt & nut and aluminium strip or an aluminium alloy corrosion resistant cast body, bail of G.I. with 2 No of G.I “ U “ type bolt & nut and aluminium strip. A Strap / G.I. Bail shall be used to link the clamp to the pole bracket or Eye hook.
For Insulated Neutral cum messenger wire:
The clamps are designed to anchor LV-ABC lines with insulated neutral messenger. The clamp consists of an aluminium alloy corrosion resistant castled body, bail of stainless steel and self-adjusting weather and UV resistant polymer wedges, which clamp the neutral messenger without damaging the insulation according to NF C 33041.

Only waterproof rated connectors will be considered for LV ABC insulated conductors. The dielectric behaviour shall be 6 kV under water. IPC shall be designed to tap-off LV ABC conductors complying with HD 626 standard. A single tightening action to both the main and tap conductors shall connect them without removing the insulation. An insulated housing must encapsulate all live components and must be anti UV stabilised black thermoplastic.

It must be suitable for application by one installer working alone with a 13 mm hexagon wrench. Stripping of insulation is avoided. Suitable for Aluminium and Copper Conductors Taping It must be equipped with shear heads and flexible end caps. All components shall be unlovable. Tested for water tightness at a voltage of 4/6 KV for 30 minutes in water bath. Can be connect / disconnect on live line, but on “No load” only.

Suspension clamp for Insulated Neutral cum messenger wire

- The clamps are designed to hang LV-ABC lines with insulated neutral messengers. An adjustable grip device fixes the neutral messenger. A movable link allows longitudinal and transversal movement of the clamp body, according to the standard of NF C 33041. The clamp and link made of weather and UV resistant glass fibre reinforced polymer giving an additional insulation between the cable and the pole. Standard clamp version ES is supplied with reinsulated bracket the upper bulk of the bracket prevents the clamp from turning over the bracket. This bracket made of corrosion resistant aluminium alloy.
