Established in the year 1985, we are an organization doing exceedingly well under the able guidance of Mr. Shashank Garg. We are a member of GEM group of companies which has a number of overseas installations to its credit, which includes Sri Lanka, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam etc, GEM group has successfully undertaken the installation of two establishments on a turnkey basis in Thailand and Vietnam. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization and member of engineering export promotion council (EEPC). Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2000 certified by Det Norske Veritas, Netherlands. We are a registered supplier to the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, railways, ship builders, power plants, atomic energy, research and development organizations as well as other PSUs and private companies in India and abroad.

Because of our high quality products and ethical business practices we are being awarded the gold medal award by transworld fair, udyog ratan award for best performance and the certificate of export excellence presented to us by the engineering and export promotion council, India. GEM group has authorized representations at Connor, Siliguri, Tinsukia and Jorhat in India and its overseas representations include Nairobi, Addis Ababa, Dacca and Colombo.

GEM has the ability to undertake works for forgings (open / closed-die), castings (investment castings / sand / gravity /pressure die cast / continuous / centrifugal), pipe-fittings, fabrications, precision machining, moulds and dies, fasteners, weld mesh, wire mesh and perforated sheets.

GEM also manufactures components as per the drawings and specifications of its clients irrespective of the industry being served. The material from rough to finish could be aluminum, brass, mild steel, stainless steel or alloy steel.

Besides its manufacturing activities, the GEM Group is currently expanding into trading services of coal, quartz, mica, dolomite and other minerals providing india and its people with a taste of international culture while spreading the excitement and passion of indian goods elsewhere.

Manufacturing Facilities

We are equipped with the manufacturing facilities ideal for bulk and efficient production of our engineering components. The state-of-the-art infrastructure includes a manufacturing unit spread over a vast area of 6000 sq. meters having the capacity of 4000 units. This unit is well equipped with sophisticated machines which are oiled and greased on regular basis for efficient production process. Our manufacturing unit is well maintained as per the ISO 9001:2000 standards to eradicate any possibility of leakage and spoilage. We use the following machines for production process:

Moreover, we are also equipped with stainless steel sterilizer tank with heating pipe arrangement along with stainless steel screw conveyor, Cutter Steam radiator, Coconut oil expeller and Boiler Grading machinery. The implementation of CAD/CAM facilities in the initial stages of production enables us to provide our clients with efficient and durable range.
