LV/HT Fuse And Cut Out![]() All fuse links are certified for A.C performance & comply with the requirements of IS-13703-1993 & having a breaking capacity of 80 KA at 415V A.C fusing factor : 1.6, Non-fusing, factor 1.2.Fuselink with OFFSET & CENTRAL TAG (bolted type) available from 2 AMP to 630 Amp. Fuse links with OFFSET TAG (Blade type) available from 2A to 32A. Insulated House Service Cutouts and Fuselinks - Totally insulated body of Phenolic moulding non-hygroscopic giving improved mechanical strength.The phase terminals can accommodate two outgoing and two incoming cables ranging from 6 mm2 to 35 mm2. It can accommodate fuses as per B.S. 1361 - 1971. In a comprehensive range of ratings from 15 Amps to 80 Amps. 300A Underground Fuse Cut Out - The Cut Out Accepts 82mm J type fuse links and a Maximum Fuse rating of 300 A. It complies with BS 88 & 7656. Moulded in Glass reinforced Polyester DMC fitted with Cable entry and exit Grommets. Every after the installation of standard distribution transformer the problem of low / high voltage on the LT side persists, resulting in improper operation of the electrical equipment, premature failure & production loss of a plant. The Standard off-circuit tapping of transformers can correct limited voltage variation and cannot regulate the voltage while in 'On load' conditions. They have developed state of the art technology Two in One System with transformer have built in HT Automatic Voltage Regulator that operates on load, sleeplessly & gives stabilized voltage on the LT side. The equipment is basically a combination of HT AVR with a standard distribution transformer. The fluctuating voltage from Grid is initially controlled by the HT AVR and then fed to the transformer resulting in the constant L.T. Output within +/- 1% accuracy and the biggest advantage being its robust design, Lesser Losses & MORE Efficiency make the distribution transformer to utilize upto 100% capacity. Ultra Isolation Transformers : Ultra/Super Isolation Transformers effective for Isolating sensitive equipment’s from Line Voltage transients, spikes & D.C. leakage etc. They are specially designed for sensitive critical equipment’s like computers & peripherals, medical instrumentation, digital communication telemetry systems, CNC Machines etc. and stopping such disturbances generated by the noisy equipment load from being injected into the power line. Multiple shielding techniques employed reduce the interwinding capacitance to below 0.005 Pico farad and increases D.C. Isolation to over 1000 Megaohms. Technically any transformers that have no direct current path between its primary & secondary windings provides Isolation. Other commonly used transformers even if they have separate primary & secondary winding are intended to convert the input voltage to a more useful level & do very little to attenuate the passage of noise or transients from primary to secondary. Even though both are separately wound transformers, they are substantially different with respect to construction, specification & performance characteristics.
