Pole Line Hardware Fitting

The application of stay sets / stay rod assembly and turn buckles are in the field of distribution line, pole line, telecom line etc. Stay sets & stay rod assembly are manufactured in three shapes – tubular type, bow type and channel type. Design and dimension depends on the required UTS. Galvanizing, plating and painting depends on the customer’s requirements.
Mild steel, V shaped cross arm with clamps for 11 kV and 33 kV overhead power lines made out of MS channel, hot dip galvanized generally conforming to IS – 2633 / 72.The clamps shall be designed to fit for the specified rail & PSC poles. The cross arms shall be of MS channel. The cross arms shall have suitable holes for fixing of pin insulators. If required by the owner, holes of specified size and spacing shall also be provided for fixing of pole back clamp to suit the pole.
