Manufacturing Facilities
Supported by sound infrastructural facilities we have been able to meet the bulk requirements of our range. We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit that is spread over an area of 3600 sq. ft with an installed capacity of 1000 units. Our unit is segregated into various sections which are backed by sophisticated machinery to provide cutting edge solutions to all our clients.
We have following machines equipped at our manufacturing unit:

All the machinery used in the manufacturing process is kept under strict inspection of technocrats who not only rectify the error which may bar the manufacturing process but also ensure that they yield excellent output at low maintenance cost. |
Product Portfolio
With a passion for excellence and innovation, we are able to manufacture and export a comprehensive assortment of cutting tools. Our assortment of precision engineered cutting tools has been widely recognized by widespread clients owing to its superior quality. Striving to offer the best of range to our clients, we make sure that the raw materials we procure are sourced from reliable vendors across the country. Our array of tools have been categorized as HSS cutting tools, tool bits, round head punch / HSS round die and other tools in four grades M2 (6-5-2), M35 (5% cobalt), M42 (8% cobalt), and T42 (10% cobalt) .
In our range of HSS cutting tools we offer round HSS cutting tools, square HSS cutting tools and rectangular HSS cutting tools. We offer square tool bits, rectangular flat tool bits, parting tools bits and round tool bits in our gamut of tool bits. Our range of round head punch / HSS round die encompasses precision piercing punches (round punches) and circular split dies (H.S.S round die). Among the other tools we offer adjustable reamer (H.S.S. Blade), revolving (LIVE) center & dead center and drill chucks with keys.
