Forged components such as sleeves, housings, bearing shells & long weld necks are some of the products, which are being covered under hollow forgings. These hollow forgings / Steel Forged Rings are typically made from Mild Steel, Alloy steel and Stainless Steel of any grade.

Investment Castings provide complex components with close to machining tolerances while maintaining maximum strength that castings allow. Machined Investment Castings are also provided ensuring complete solution from one source. The parts typically made are from Mild Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel of any grade.

Aluminium Castings are amongst the most common and widely used products in the Industrial Sector. Components are manufactured from Sand Castings, Gravity Die or Pressure Die Castings as per the design and specifications of the client. Anodizing, if required, can also be applied as coating.

These castings are manufactured as per customers drawing and specifications used for various industries. The bushings are made from rolled metal, centrifugally cast or continuous cast to ensure defect free finished components. For the not so critical applications, sand castings are also available as per the clients drawings. These are typically made Brass, Bronze, Phosphor Bronze and the like.

 
Pressed Components, Assemblies and Machines are manufactured as per customer design and specifications duly rust protected with red oxide, paint or galvanised. Appropriate marking, rolling, shearing, punching, plasma-cutting, welding, fitting and assembly are given due importance. Materials used are Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Galvanised sheets and Aluminium. Light and Medium fabrications upto a maximum weight of 15MT are covered under this scope.

 
We manufacture Moulds and Dies as per the customers design and specifications. Manufacturing of these moulds take place on the latest CNC Machining Centers with the help of CAD/CAM technology. We specialise in Plastic Injection Moulds and Blow Moulds. The materials primarily used are Mild Steel and Aluminium.

Forged, Seamless and Welded Pipe-fittings such as elbows, tees, reducers, and all types of flanges such as slip on, blind, weld neck, lap joint, etc,. are manufactured from forgings or plates and are kept in ready stock. Materials used are Mild Steel, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel.

Anchor Bolts, U Bolts, Stud Bolts, Botls, Nuts, Lock Nuts and Washers are made as per customers drawings and specifications for a wide range of applications in the oil, petrochemical, power, thermal power, heavy and light industries. Standard sizes are available in ready stock. Materials used are Mild Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel and Brass with appropriate coating.

Mild Steel, PVC Coated, Stainless Steel or Galvanized wires are used to manufacture Weld Mesh, Barbed Wires, Wire Mesh and Chain Links. Perforated Sheets punched with round, square, hexagonal and rectangular slots on various metals such as Mild Steel, Galvanised Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel are made for various applications.
