L-sealer with shrink tunnel

L-Sealer with tunnel is a packaging system in which 2 machines are used for Shrink packing of products using POF / LDPE shrink film. L-Sealer is combined with a shrink tunnel. The product to be wrapped is inserted into the film and sealed in the L-sealer manually or option of Pneumatic sealing is also available. After sealing the products moves to the shrink tunnel, With the help of auto take off system. The product with the film shrinks in tunnel at set temperature and speed of travel. Request For quote

Auto - Strapping Machine

Shrink Tunnel

These compact and user-friendly shrink tunnels are used to pack products using PVC/POF / LDPE shrink films. The basic features of the tunnels are Variable speed Drive to control the speed of the conveyor, High velocity air cutter blower for Uniform airflow system, faster heating system, and variable temperature control. Some of the other optional features, which are available, are Silicon sleeves for the conveyor rods, fully stainless steel construction, variable speed drive for the blower, in feed and out-feed extension conveyors, mesh type conveyor etc. Request For quote

Vaccum Machine

The product to be packed is filled in the Nylon barrier or multi layer film based pouch and placed in the vacuum chamber. Once the lid is closed the vacuum pump, which is inbuilt in, the machine starts the process of vacumissing the total chamber in which the pouch filled with the product also gets vacuumised. The machines are be provided with 2 inbuilt sealer, for higher productivity, gas flushing options are available, PLC based system, Fully stainless construction, bellow type sealing or pneumatic sealing depending upon the product application and brick type packaging moulds, castor wheels etc. Request For quote
