The products to be packed is filled in the Nylon Barrier or Multi Layer film based pouch and placed in the vacuum chamber. Once the lid is closed the Vacuum Pump, which is built  in, the machine starts the process of  vacuumissing the total chamber in which the pouch filled  with the product also gets vacuumised. Single chamber machines are provided with inbuilt sealer for higher productivity, gas flushing options are available, PLC based system, fully stainless construction, bellow type sealing or pneumatic sealing depending upon the product application, brick type packaging moulds and castor wheels.

These double chamber machines produce a higher output compared to the single chamber machine, as the loading can be done in one chamber is in operation, and the total system works with a single vacuum pump and power rating. The basic operation of product loading and packaging is similar to be single chamber machines. The filled pouch with the product is placed in the special nozzle provided in machine. The pneumatically operated jaws close the pouch first, removes the vacuum and flushes with nitrogen. Shrink Chamber is the all in one shrink wrapper which is not only seals  the shrink film but also shrinks the film over the product. The film used in this system in POF (Polyolefin) in folded form. Features of this machine be are minimum power consumption works on single phase, 3 phase power supply minimum working area, one man operation visual observation of shrink operation.

This fully automatic L-Sealer is a user friendly and high speed-packing machine with no labour work involved for sealing or take off. The in feed and out feed of the product from the machine is all conversied. The products is placed in the in feed conveyor from where it moves on to the sealing area with the help of fractional power motors. A special hot knife  sealing system is been used for perfect quality seal and cutting. Motorized  film unwinding and scrap rewinding used are the latest in its kind.

Electronic sensor based system gives high accuracy, suitable for packing confectioneries, cosmetics, books, magazines, stationery items, house hold goods, toys, gifts, promotional offers, cartons and multiple wrapping application.

Automatic L - Sealer is a state of art machine with international safety features for high productivity and minimal labour involvement in the packaging. The products to be packed have to placed on the in-feed conveyor, manually or can be connected to the production line. The film unwinding is a motorized system using fractional power geared motors. The sealing system is hot knife type used for high quality sealing and cutting of the film. The scrap re-winding is an in-built system and the latest of its kind. The machine is a PLC controlled with 2 programs, either photo eyes or timers to control length. The machine  is in built with safety protection and alarm.
