Quality Policy / ProcessesIn process of manufacturing of stoppers, from initiation to completion we maintain the quality and clients specifications. Our suppliers are required to give a certificate of compliance with the specifications of each lot of raw materials. Raw materials are segregated on their receipt with proper labeling of name, receipt date and quantity. Each lot is then retested for their purity by in-process control laboratory. After testing and their approval, it’s then sent for further production. According to clients’ requirements and formulation sheets composing individual and mixed batches, the proper weighing amount and distribution of raw materials are documented. The mixing parameters, which are important in terms of compound quality and homogeneity, are constantly monitored and recorded. After performing, a sample of each individual mixer batch of non-vulcanized rubber is tested physically and chemically in the laboratory. The approved batches are combined into a lot and batch numbers are assigned. This batch number provides complete traceability and is the key to all data and information on the particular batch. From this stage onwards, a batch control chart, showing all identifications and processing information, accompanies each batch on its way through production.
