OUR factory building is constructed keeping in mind that all the departments are spacious and well linked with each other so as to have a smooth unhindered flow of production from one department to another. The architecture of the building is such that it is a well-ventilated building with all the amenities and basic requirement within. All the basic safety measures are taken care of, the very plan of the building is made to accommodate a modern and automated Garment Export House.

Testing FacilitiesGOC works in collaboration and association with its associates having strength of about 350 sewing machines, 250 Aari-embroidery machines, 200 chicken embroidery machines, 25 lace attaching machine assisted with specialized machines like 5 thread over locks, button attachers, kajmakers, bartackers and computerized Embroidery machines respectively making sure that all of them work in co-ordination with the laid down international standards compared with the best in the trade.
We have met the challenges of modernization with investments in state of art equipment and related technology, helping refine our ability to anticipate and satisfy client requirement. Automation, which is the key success factor for any organization to succeed into the 21st century, has been very widely used in the GOC.Almost all the functions are atomized right from the Inventory control, Accounts, HRD, and Documentation etc. We are using TALLY for accounting, which is world wide used package; Export package for Documentation; Customized package for inventory control which is based on WINDOWS NT (one of the best & secured operating system) & the whole system is on LAN & we are installing CAD/CAM system for pattern digitizing, grading marker making etc.
Although the level of automation in Indian garment industry is 2% but we have increased the level of automation in almost every department of our factory, whether it is fabric & accessory stores, production dept., merchandising dept. or shipping & forwarding department so as to have a competitive edge in the market & serve our client to the best of our ability. Our main motto is customer satisfaction & we use this quality to expand our clientage base.
