The standard diameter of front operation head of board back type, board back cable type built-in explosion-proof component is 30mm. The operation head is installed on the board of 1 up to 6mm thickness. The signal lamp, button and switch module are connected to the pre-installed front operation head part with a clamp. The board
back type built-in explosion-proof component is mounted in the increased safety (Ex-e) enclosure. The degree of protection is up to
IP54. The board back cable type built-in explosion-proof component is used for the control apparatus and monitor apparatus widely.

The board back type built-in explosion-proof component is connected
to terminals. The board back cable type built-in explosion-proof
component is connected to the flexible cable of 3m.

The built-in ammeter with type of board back, board back cable type is indirect measuring (for current transformer). This measuring way is applied to various current ranges. The scales of ammeters for current transformer are interchangeable. All of the scales of ammeters are fitted with adjustable red pointers.

Fitting sequences

• Screw item GB into equipment [secure with item N if plain hole entry
• Pass item CN item W# and item R over cable before commencing to strip over sheath.
• Remove the outer sheath to the desired length
• Pass item W2 over the cable and splay out the armour wire one by one and then cut the armour wire according to the size of washher insert the W! over inner sheath of cable so that bend armour are secured between the two metal washer.
• Push the cable through GB and engage the item CN with item GB and tighten up while doing so the grooved rubber ring with contact in verticle direction and will grip the sheath a cable.

Double compression
These glands are double seal cone grip type. These are weatherproof, waterproof and flame proof for use at hazardous locations such as Chemical plants, Petro chemiclas plants, Fertilizers and in most of the mines in almost all climatic conditions. These glands are approved by central mining research center Dhanbad under certificate no. V/1/1/474 as per IS 2148-1981 and IIC Hydrogen Gas test certificate.
