 | Textile Drawing Machine We offer draw frame stop motion unit for
silver break which is available in the following models:
- GDS 06 - Long Creel Table Feed.
- GDS 02/S - Short Creel Table Feed.
- GPC 03 - Loose Creel Free Rollers Coiler side.
- GPC 04 - Loose Creel Free Rollers Creel side.
Application This monitors the individual silver entry
in creel side and stops the machine when silver breaks out. Benefits
- Assures trouble free sensing and monitors infra red
sensors.
- Conventional calendar roller stop motions are
utilized during oxidization when exposed to atmosphere which fails to
contact on the silver breaks.
GDS 06 This models suits the draw frame machines
having long feed table and for single silver entry comprising of 2 control
units and 16 U type sensors. GDS 02/6 This model is ideal for draw frame with
short creel and double silver entry comprising of 2 control units and 8 W type
sensors. GPC 03
- This model has a sensor unit for draw frames on the
coiler side loose creel.
- It stops the machine whenever the silver laps around
the flute roller.

transmitter and receiver

- This finds application on the creel side of draw
frame with free rollers
- Silver break interrupts the sensors beam path to stop
the machine

Front Roller Protection Unit Front roller protection unit available in
model number GFR 01/02, a set of infra red sensors monitor the fiber path in
both sides of drafting section and stop the machine immediately if there is any
interruption in flow so as to prevent damage to the top rollers. These are
designed with:
- 2 sets of positive sensors for top roller lap
monitoring
- 1 set negative sensors for trumpet monitoring
