GESCO has fully equipped infrastructural facilities for the manufacture of surgical instruments and implants in a sophisticated clean room environment. All the implants are manufactured from latest Multiaxis CNC controlled imported machines in class 100000. The implants are assembled and packed in class 10000. GESCO has an in-house lab with laminar Flow.

All stages of production from conceptualization to packaging take place in-house with forging, designing, excellent laboratories and manufacturing units powered by computer controlled numeric technology. Warehouses are well-equipped with environmentally controlled storage units used to stock, pack and dispatch the goods. Modern data processing and information systems aid in meticulous functioning of these processes.

GESCO has a very wide network of marketing offices and dealers across the world, which caters efficiently to client needs. Through these units GESCO also markets several other imported products not manufactured in-house, which are needed for surgical procedures.
