We use the centrifugal casting process which ensures flawless castings having appropriate microstructure, hardness and uniformity. The usual defects in castings like porous surfaces, pin- holes etc are eliminated in this process.

We use electrical induction furnace melting process through crucible. It is a silent process causing no pollution, atmospheric heat and other hazards associated with cupola process. The temperature can be controlled to required degree as may be required for perfect castings.

We have an expansive shed area dedicated to the packing, brand marking, washing, stacking and dispatch of exports and domestic cargo. This area is equipped with all quality assurance equipments and instruments such as hardness tester, measuring instruments, laser marking machine, washing and lubricating equipment. No wonder, our goods are safe from such metal related problems like corrosion, smearing and packing coming loose in transit. Each pack is carefully attended to , and every piece undergoes strict quality check vis- a-vis correct dimensional details , metallurgical compositions and other aspects .

Our workshop is equipped with computerised machines to ensure accuracy, proper finish and speed in the work. These machines are capable of churning out dimensionally accurate product as per drawings and data fed into the system. This ensures flawless and better finished products.

The loading and dispatch of the cargo is handled mechanically ensuring no damage to the goods, and proper stacking in the outgoing transport. Each pallet is carefully chosen, strapped and sealed ensuring protection to the goods in transit. The computerised marks and labels are put outside to identify the contents at the destination.
