We provide PTC thermistors which is a positive temperature coefficient sensor. The resistance of the thermistors increases sharply with increase in temperature. This characteristic enhances its use in equipment to stop over-heating. Our range is available in within temperature range of 60 deg to 180deg centigrade in single, double, triple and adaptor versions. Our various models are available with lead wire lengths and configurations. The thermistors can be embedded in motor windings or the Adaptor types, and can be fitted on Heat Sinks and other surfaces.

We offer premium quality thermistor relays that are used for the protection of motors, alternators and other such equipments. The thermistor functions on the signal from PTC thermistors. These are fitted in the motor windings and incase the winding alternates the temperature, the signal is transmitted to the thermistor relay. The thermistor relay then operates and switches off the motor and thereby preventing the winding from burning. Our range is available in two types, the standard version for tripping and DUAL version for alarm and tripping. Our Pt-100 Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) are used for temperature sensing, measurement and control of windings. The output signal from the equipment is a resistance signal which varies linearly with temperature. The signal then passes through temperature indicator / controller to achieve the required measurement and control. Our range can monitor temperature upto 500⁰ C. Our range can be placed in the motor winding overhang or can be fitted in the winding slots. Our RTD’s are available in 2 wire or 3 wire types and we also offer tailor made RTDs as per specifications. Their applications are:

We provide thermal protectors/cut-outs, a bimetallic device, which operates at a specified temperature range. These are used to protect over heating of small motors, transformers and electronic components.

The technology used in the protectors allows switching off the power to the equipment when the temperature rises. These are useful for transformers and electronic components. Our range is available in normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) types. The temperature range in which thermal protectors functions come between 600 to 1600 degrees.

Our range of space heaters is used to stop formation of condensation in the electric motors and generators. Also known as anti-condensation heaters, these are installed on the windings before varnishing / impregnation process. Our range saves rewinding costs and machine down time.
