Incepted in the year 1964, Ghansham Ice Box Manufacturers has emerged as a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of ice boxes, HDPE drums, kiosks, material handling trolleys and cold beverage units. Our range comprises plastic ice boxes, HDPE drums and cans, bottle trolleys, crate load trolleys, kiosks, wheel barrow, multipurpose display counter, push carts, fountain carts, HDPE open top drums, jerry can and ice cream trolley.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit along with dedicated engineers’ leaves no stone unturned to design and fabricate high quality range. We are also supported by a team of quality inspectors who make sure that we deliver flawless products of international standard. We have wide network system that helps us in effectively catering our widespread clients. In addition it also ensures that the product reaches our clients’ site within the stipulated time frame. State-of-the-Art Infrastructure
We have the state-of-the-art manufacturing plant which is spread over an area of 740 square feet with installation capacity of 40m ton plastic granule. We have an in-house design unit with latest CAD/CAM facilities which help us in designing innovative range of ice boxes, HDPE drums, display trolleys and HDPE products. Our sound manufacturing facility enables us to manufacture a wide assortment of display trolleys and HDPE products such as ice boxes, HDPE drums, etc. It also assists us in meeting the urgent requirements of the clients with ease and within the stipulated time period. Some of the machines, which we use to manufacture our products, are:
• 60 + 30 litre Blow Molding Machine
• PUF filling machine
• Compressors
These machines are checked for proper lubrication and oiling, to enhance the productivity and maintain consistent quality standards. At our quality-testing unit, we have the advanced testing facilities to check our range for quality of material used, fine finish and durability.

Quality Assurance
Being an ISO 9001-2008 certified organization, we constantly strive to achieve the highest level of quality in our assortment of display trolleys and HDPE products such as ice boxes, HDPE drums, etc. To ensure that every piece of product delivered to our clients is free of any defects, we have set up a separate quality control department in our organization. We procure all the raw material only from reliable vendors from within the country which ensures high quality of our range.
Starting from the time of procurement of raw material up to the final packaging and storing of the end-product, our quality analysts conduct tests to check the optimum quality of our range. Some of the tests performed on our range include:
• Drop Test
• Leak Test for HDPE drums and jerry cans.

Warehousing
We have a voluminous warehousing facility which enables us to keep our range of display trolleys and HDPE products such as ice boxes, HDPE drums, etc,in sufficient stocks to meet urgent requirements of our clients. Our warehouse is equipped with latest facilities and material handling equipment for easy retrieval and storing of products. Our warehouse is further segregated to contain various types of products separately, ensuring easy access and retrieval. Packaging is also achieved with our well furnished machinery and equipment. Our storing and packaging system helps us to deliver our products quickly and efficiently at the scheduled time. |
